Sure, the Sundance Film Festival is all about movies. The big buzz this year surrounded flicks like Welcome to the Rileys, The Runaways, Blue Valentine, Cyrus, The Company Men, Buried and the documentary Catfish, among others.

But as we all know, the annual convergence on Park City, Utah means parties and lots o' swag. Get the scoop on Jessica Alba, Orlando Bloom and even E's newly-minted returnee Joan Rivers after the jump…

Jessica Alba hit Fred Segal Fun in Village at the Yard—but after it was closed for the day because she wanted to pick out her freebies in private. Fashion Police matriarch Joan Rivers was also there, taking home a coat from Desigual, EMU Australia boots, and leather bags by George, Gina and Lucy (yes, she picked one up for daughter Melissa). America Ferrera grabbed some tees for her beau and sipped on Arizona Organic Tea.

Village at the Yard was also the place for folks like Kristen Bell, John Legend and football star Terrell Owens to check out Wii Fit Plus. (I did, too—and lemme tell ya I did not look pretty doing the hula hoop workout!)

At night, the Village was party-central. Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams went tubing down a hill at the Blue Valentine soiree not long after Orlando Bloom sang along to "Here I Go Again" during a performance of former American Idol wannabe Constantine Maroulis and his Rock of Ages costars at the Hesher and Sympathy for Delicious party.

Cyrus costars Jonah Hill and John C. Reilly hung together at a Skintimate Screening Series event at the Greenhouse Actors Lodge. Earlier in the day, Bloom was at the lodge picking up a gym bag full of ASICS workout gear.

One of the most bizarre unexpected sightings of the fest? Bill Gates dancing to The Roots at the Onitsuka Tiger After Hours party at Film Lounge/House of Hype by AT&T.

Yes, Bill Gates!

And yes, a couple of Real Housewives hit Park City. Gretchen Rossi of Orange County and boyfriend Slade Smiley got styled at Bravo's Shear Genius salon while I bumped into—and finally met!—NYC's Jill Zarin at a party for the doc 8: The Mormon Proposition.

Elvis was in the house! OK, not really—but his granddaughter Riley Keough was. The young beauty, who costars with Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning in The Runaways, got some eyebrow shaping at the Anastasia Beverly Hills outpost. Oh, and Keough told me she is not—I repeat, not!—looking to break into the family music business!

Let's hope Phillip Seymour Hoffman's tears didn't freeze when he gave an emotional speech while accepting the Acura Indie Impact Award at the Variety's 10 Directors to Watch 2010 get-together at the St. Regis.

And even if temperatures dipped and the snow kept falling, there was some hot talk at Gen Art's Daytime Lounge when Miss Universe 2008 Dayana Mendoza promoted safer sex while handing out LifeStyles SKYN condoms to Stephanie Pratt and Chelsea Handler's sidekick Chuy. The funnyman also walked away from Sundance with a Twitten, a two-person mitten.

And while we're on the topic of talking, Paris Hilton walked away with "many" Novero car speakerphones and blue tooth earpieces from Kari Feinstein's always popular gifting lounge.

Grammy opener Sir Elton John and husband David Furnish flew in for the premiere of Sam Taylor-Wood's Nowhere Boy.

And when the celebs got hungry, the celebs went looking for food. Ryan Gosling and Ferrera munched on popchips at the Lia Sophia Lounge, where Juliette Lewis downed some Muscle Milk Light and Ben Affleck scooped up a black Dylan Fold Over Messenger Linea Pelle bag for Jennifer Garner.

My E! cohort Ben Lyons hosted the first annual Hot 100 dinner for OneXOne at the House of Hype. With a menu by Los Angeles hotspot STK, the din-din attracted Colin Hanks, Malin Ackerman and Morgan Spurlock.

Bing Supper Club hosted many premiere dinners, including one for Holy Rollers with guests like Gerard Butler, Kevin Connolly and Adrian Brody. Mr. Brody, in town for the movie High School, was also spotted partying into the wee hours at the AXECYB party at Talent Resources' Sky Suite, where Khloé Kardashian Odom received a Monster Energy umbrella.

A little bit of Vegas came to town when Kerry Simon from Simon at Palms cooked for more than 200 at Chefdance. Fellow Palms celebrity chef Geno Bernardo from Nove Italiano had the honors a couple of nights later with guests like Tom Arnold and poker champ Annie Duke.

Over at the T-Mobile myTouch Diner, Robert Redford, Taylor Swift's country music pals Lady Antebellum and former Dancing With the Stars contestant, Olympian Louie Vito, stopped by for lunch. Josh Radnor, Kate Mara and Howl's Tony Rotondi did the same at the MySpace Café at the Lift.

Buh-bye, Sundance. See ya next year!
