Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom: Poolside Fun With Baby Flynn
How's this for a Kodak moment?
Miranda Kerr, certainly no stranger to skimpy swimwear, gave an encore performance on Monday when she slipped into yet another two-piece down in Sydney.
But while her previous bikini sighting was work-related, this time around, it was all about play.
In fact, it was a total family affair!
Happy 35th Birthday, Orlando Bloom!
It seems like only yesterday that Orlando Bloom burst onto our screens and into our hearts as an elf. And, well, now it seems like it'll only be tomorrow until he does it again (well, 12 months, anyway).
And in the time in between, he's picked up a Victoria's Secret supermodel wife in the stunning Miranda Kerr, become father to the adorable 1-year-old Flynn and, as of today, turned the big 3-5.
To celebrate making it halfway through his third decade on Middle Earth, the movie star kicked off his special day in a low-key way, by taking a birthday hike with Miranda and Flynn (and his ever-present dog Sidi) in Los Angeles' Runyon Canyon.
Forget The Hobbit, we think the real role this birthday boy was born for is family man. Happy birthday, Orlando!
Morning Mail! Will Brett Ratner Ever Work Again?
Dear Ted:
I think it was very shrewd of Brett Ratner to resign from the Oscars as opposed to forcing the Academy to fire him. Hopefully, he will learn from this experience and in the future decide to think before he speaks.
—Amanda F.
Dear I Hear Ya:
I think the bottom line on this item is that he is out. Brett needs a muzzle until he can learn to keep his mouth closed. Thankfully, you can't say the things he said, especially in Hollywood (Isaiah Washington knows this lesson only too well). Brett's made his bed, and whether or not he resigned or the Academy asked him to resign remains to be revealed. Everything in the Academy's immediate zero-tolerance messaging on the topic points to the latter.
Dear Ted:
What do you think of Kate Winslet's new beau? Do you think this one will lead to another marriage No. 3?

Movie Review: The Three Musketeers Is All For Nothing, Nothing Much For All
Review in a Hurry: When director Paul W.S. Anderson and Milla Jovovich try to get Resident Medieval, it's all for nothing, nothing much for all. If you're just looking for some elegant production design in subpar 3-D, it delivers that. But you can probably find a cheaper way of enjoying such things than the price of a current movie ticket. Like maybe a View-Master.
Afternoon Mail! Rooney Mara: Badass Chic or Just Plain Weak?
Dear Ted:
Did you even read the Rooney Mara article in Vogue? She sounded like David Fincher's 5-year-old daughter, basically doing whatever he told her...down to what she eats. How is that badass in any way, shape or form? Wow, she effed up her bangs, that's now the new standard for being a maverick? I would have paid money to watch Kristen Stewart respond to Fincher if he told her what she was allowed to eat.
—J
Dear Read It and Weep:
Sorry to break your Krisbian heart, but she'd listen to him. That's what K.Stew would do if David Fincher wanted her to mind her diet for a role. She's a professional and knows—just like Rooney—that the director is a perfectionist. She also knows that working with him these days is the fast way to garner Oscar buzz.
Dear Ted:
What's the deal with Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr? I saw him gushing about her and their baby on Chelsea Lately, and it got me thinking. Is their marriage for real?

Kate Bosworth, Naturally Thin or a Wannabe Waif?
Breaking up is hard to do...but eating isn't.
And it looks like a certain starlet didn't get the memo that stick thin is no longer in! Kate Bosworth is defending her waifish figure to the London Times by claiming that she's simply naturally thin. Oh, and for good measure, she's blaming some other health related biz on her most famous ex BF.
But back to that waistline...
Did Orlando Bloom Go Commando in Three Musketeers?
Leave it to Chelsea Handler to get to the really, um, intimate details.
Orlando Bloom caught up with the E! funnylady on Chelsea Lately to promote his new movie Three Musketeers, which comes out this Friday. While talking about his somewhat-evil character, Bloom revealed that he bought really nice boxers for the role—instead of going commando like usual—because he felt that his "balls had to be really well-protected."
Check out the clip to hear more junk talk , plus the actor's thoughts on fatherhood.
Week in Pictures: Miranda Kerr, Ian Ziering, Tia Mowry and Ali Larter Bring Out the Babies!
Plenty of awwws were heard this week as several stars killed us with cuteness by way of their tiny tykes.
There was Ali Larter strolling through L.A. with her little man Theodore, Miranda Kerr cozying up to adorable Flynn in Paris, Tia Mowry going cheek to cheek with her cutie Cree in the Big Apple and Ian Ziering zipping around Beverly Hills Hollywood with his munchkin Mia.
But the last seven days consisted of a whole lot more than just beautiful, bouncing bundles of joy. Check out these galleries and see...
Orlando Bloom Brings Out the Baby
Looks like Orlando Bloom has sparked to daddyhood.
While Miranda Kerr was showing off her post-baby bod on the runway at a Sydney fashion show, proud papa was babysitting little bundle of cuteness Flynn, who was born in January.
Nothing like a some father-son bonding.
Cue the awws.
Miranda Kerr Flaunts Smokin' Hot Post-Baby Bod on the Runway
Miranda Kerr swears it's all about the squats.
The incredibly beautiful model wife of Orlando Bloom was back in fine form when she took to the runway in Australia earlier this week, showing off a perfect bod just seven months after giving birth to baby Flynn—in a barely there bikini, no less.
So how'd she get back in tip-top shape for the show, during which she drew gasps from the audience?
