Break out your credit cards, Katie Holmes!

It's time to go shopping with Suri.

Yesterday, in E! Online's first installment of the "Suri and the City" guide for the world's most famous 6-year-old, we took a look at some of the posh private schools Holmes may be considering for the little one.

Today, we're giving a few tips on where they could find some cool fashions, fun toys, yummy sweets and more. There's no place like to New York to shop, so by no means is this the list to end all lists. Let's just call it a shopping starter kit.

Fashion Barneys, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman are no-brainers when it comes to finding just the right look, but NYC is full of smaller and more intimate—but just as stylish—boutiques.

Suri will look like the hippest kid on the block dressed in any pieces from Bu and the Duck. The Tribeca flagship offers vintage-inspired frocks, including a $220 Hungarian dress and the $350 "Crazy Daisy" hand-crocheted cardigan.

A little north is Yoya in the West Village. Fashionista mama Nicole Richie has been spotted there browsing for daughter Harlow. And before long, Suri could be heading uptown to Berkley Girl, which New York magazine has called the "ultimate tween boutique." Check out the white cotton sweater with a rainbow across the chest for a mere $73.

Toys: FAO Schwarz is the ultimate playtime wonderland. Holmes and Suri have already been there, as have Angelina Jolie, Tina Fey, Salma Hayek and Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford. The iconic shop is known to open its doors after hours for celebs who want to shop in private.

Hipster toys can be found at Babesta, a Soho shop where E!'s own Kourtney Kardashian has shopped. Perhaps she was picking up the Rockabye Baby! CD that features lullaby versions of Kanye West songs? We kid you not.

Arts & Crafts: What kid doesn't like to find their inner artist with some painting, drawing and doodling? Suri can get her Picasso going at Lee's Art Shop, a favorite of the Jolie-Pitt family.

Candy: We know Suri likes her sweets, so we weren't surprised to learn that she and her parents have already been to Dylan's Candy Bar. Started by fashion icon Ralph Lauren's daughter, Dylan, the shop is Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory come to life. While you won't catch any Oompa-Loompas running around, Jessica Simpson, Nick Cannon and Emmy Rossum have indulged in Dylan's sugary goodness.

Most popular item? The $100 Party Bucket filled with Swedish Fish, Runts, Gobstoppers, Nerds, Warheads and more.

Books Reading time! Books of Wonder is just a hop, skip and a jump from Holmes' new Chelsea apartment. There are signings and readings all the time. Some of the celebrity authors who have stopped by to promote their children's books include Private Practice's Taye Diggs, Olympian figure-skating champ (and Dancing With the Stars winner!) Kristi Yamaguchi and even Hollywood legend Julie Andrews.

There are also vintage books in stock, including a four-volume set of first-edition Winnie-the-Pooh books from the 1920s that goes for—gulp!—$8,500.
