In case you missed it, the one, the only, Nicolas Cage came to Vince Neil's rescue after the singer was involved in an altercation with a female in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Metro Police told E! News that the stars were at the Aria Hotel on the famous Las Vegas strip, and that the woman in question received minor injuries.

In video footage obtained by TMZ, you can see the National Treasure grabbing his friend in an attempt to calm him after the scuffle.

"Stop this s--t now," Cage can be heard saying. "You're OK," Cage adds. "I love you."

But celebs don't always get so lucky as to have a pal like Cage help you through any situation—brawl and all.

So without further ado, let's check out past incidents' where drama went down and the tension went up, way up.

Drake vs. Chris Brown

SETTING: A club in Hollywood

IN THE RING: That dude from Degrassi and Breezy

WHO THREW THE FIRST PUNCH: Technically speaking, it was Drake. As it most often is, this ruckus was over a girl—not just any girl, but Bad Girl Riri.  Drake and Chris had a long standing beef over there shared history with Rihanna and when Drake turned down Chris' 2k "peace offering" champagne, well let's just say, things really got poppin'.

WHO WON: Definitely not Cassidy, innocent bystander and Aussie tourist that was hit in the head with a bottle. Or the nightclub, which was subsequently slapped with a lawsuit and thousands of dollars in damage. There were lots of losers here, but gotta say, Drake wins by default.

Justin Bieber vs. Orlando Bloom

SETTING: A restaurant in Ibiza

IN THE RING: The Biebs and Legolas

WHO THREW THE FIRST PUNCH: Orlando.  There were rumors that Bieber had hooked up with Bloom's ex, Miranda Kerr, and tried to get a rise out of the Lord of the Rings star by walking by his table with a smug, "Tell Miranda what's up."

WHO WON: While Orlando didn't exactly land the punch, we'll still give it to him.

Solange vs. Jay Z

SETTING: The elevator at the Standard Hotel the night of the Met Ball.

IN THE RING: Queen Bey's man and Queen Bey's sister.

WHO THREW THE FIRST PUNCH: Solange. She kicked and shouted and Jay took it.

WHO WON: Is this a question? Beyonce. Because she's Beyonce.

Paris Hilton vs. Shanna Moakler

SETTING: A nightclub in Hollywood in 2006

IN THE RING: Hotel heiress turned businesswoman extraordinaire and former beauty pageant winner turned reality star

WHO THREW THE FIRST PUNCH: Honestly? This one's a bit tricky considering everyone involved has a different idea of what went down. All we know is that drinks were flying, expletives were said, and drama was the theme of the night.

WHO WON: We're going to call this one a wash, for now…

Axl Rose vs. Tommy Hilfiger

SETTING: Rosario Lawson's birthday party in 2006

IN THE RING: Rocker Axl Rose and designer Tommy Hilfiger

WHO THREW THE FIRST PUNCH: Tommy (all because Axl moved the fashion mogul's girlfriend's drink).

WHO WON: Axl—for not punching Tommy. Sometimes restraint actually takes more strength, right? Hilfiger was promptly removed from the club kicking and screaming by his own bodyguard.

Shia vs. Bar Patrons Everywhere

SETTING: Let's see…there was 2011 in Vancouver and Sherman Oaks, 2014 in London, 2015 in Texas, you get the idea.

IN THE RING: Shia and, well, your regular run-of-the-mill pub goers

WHO THREW THE FIRST PUNCH: It's usually Shia, but to be fair to the former child actor, it seems as though people just love to antagonize the guy while he's trying to enjoy a nightcap.

WHO WON: No one, unless you consider that this may be fodder for the next of Shia's performance art installations.
