The high-profile attorney, who is now representing the two men who anonymously sued John Travolta for sexual battery, is denying their previous lawyer's claim that she poached the case.

Okorie Okorocha, who filed suit on behalf of John Does No. 1 and No. 2 and then filed dismissal papers on behalf of John Doe No. 1, told CNN today that Allred pursued his clients while he was still the attorney of record.

Not so, declares Allred.
