The 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards was filled with highly entertaining moments and amusing acceptance speeches.
For example, pretty much every joke that Tina Fey and Amy Poehler made poked fun at the star-studded crowd. But if we're picking the crème de la crème, the ladies implying that Matt Damon was "basically a garbage person" among all of the A-list celebs, sharing the real story behind Gravity and George Clooney, and of course, arguing that Julia Louis-Dreyfus was "too cool" to sit with the TV crowd, were definite crowd pleasers.
Golden girl Jennifer Lawrence appeared shocked and admitted that she couldn't stop shaking as she accepted the award—in true J.Law fashion—for Best Supporting Actress in American Hustle.
And who could forget Jacqueline Bisset's slightly awkward speechless speech, and her use of the S-bomb?
Matthew McConaughey pulled off an upset and took home the Globe for Best Actor, and unsurprisingly was his cool slick self.
