Bradley Cooper has a really good in to land a role in the Hunger Games franchise.
The Hangover hottie has already worked with Jennifer Lawrence in two upcoming films, the much buzzed-about The Silver Linings Playbook as well as Serena.
And he might be ready to threepeat.
"I have now seen Hunger Games," Cooper said at last night's Hollywood Film Awards, where he was honored with the Hollywood Actor Award. "That is a brutal movie. Are you kidding me?...Oh, my God!"
He said he's not surprised Lawrence could play "bad ass" so well. "She's amazing," Cooper said.
And, he joked, "You know, I've put myself on tape for four of the roles. I haven't heard back yet."
Meanwhile, fashion designer and movie director Tom Ford presented Cooper with his award at last night's ceremony.
Ford gushed that his "good friend" Cooper was "handsome…charming and most importantly, very, very talented."
"I just hit the jackpot," said Cooper, who looked dashing in a—what else?—Tom Ford suit. "I hit the jackpot that I could make a living as an actor. I'm the luckiest guy in the world."
Seth Rogen isn't so lucky—at least he wasn't last night—because, he complained, he had to follow Ford and Cooper on stage to present the Comedy Award to genius funnyman Judd Apatow.
"Awesome, I get to go up after two of the most handsome men in the universe," Rogen said, before cracking, "I would f--k both those guys in a second."
