When two very famous people date, there's no denying some of their secrets are bound to hit the press...but sometimes those spilled secrets are the result of a pair of very loose lips by someone involved in the relationship.

For example, during an AMA on Reddit Wednesday, Joe Jonas revealed how he lost his virginity to Ashley Greene

"I lost my virginity to this girl named Ashley. You can probably just Google it. It's pretty easy to figure out," he began. "It's quite the great story because I didn't have any condoms, so I went to our drummer, Jack's room, who was my roommate at the time and I demolished his room looking for them."

He continued, "Found them underneath his underwear drawer. When he came home, he thought somebody broke into his room because his whole room was demolished because I was in dire need. Needed to happen then and now. Safety first, kids."

Though Greene didn't name any names, she did take to Instagram with the perfect response in the form of a cryptic quote: "Class is timeless."

The response got us thinking about all the celebs who took the high road after their exes divulged too much. Check them out below:

Jessica Simpson: The singer was forced to respond after her ex John Mayer made some interesting comments about their sex life to Rolling Stone

"Sexually it was crazy," Mayer recalled of his relationship with Simpson, which lasted about 10 months. "That's all I'll say. It was like napalm, sexual napalm. Did you ever say, 'I want to quit my life and just --*king snort you'?"

Simpson clapped back on The View a little while later, "He'll never have this napalm again. I don't need to [curse him out], that's why I do shows like this!"

She continued, "He did apologize, but I mean, at this point it doesn't really matter. I only thought he was stupid for breaking up with me."

Hugh Hefner: Holly Madison penned an entire memoir about her time in the Playboy mansion with Hefner, which included a lot about their sex life.

Hefner responded in a statement to E! News, "Over the course of my life I've had more than my fair share of romantic relationships with wonderful women. Many moved on to live happy, healthy and productive lives, and I'm pleased to say remain dear friends today. Sadly, there are a few who have chosen to rewrite history in an attempt to stay in the spotlight. I guess, as the old saying goes: You can't win 'em all!"

Camille Grammer: The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had to face some not-so-nice comments from her ex-husband, Kelsey Grammer, about their "non-existent" sex life.

In an interview with Conan O'Brien, Kelsey said he negated rumors that he had slept with his now-wife, Katye Walsh, while he was still married to Camille, saying it "wasn't too hard" to remain abstinent from Walsh because he "hadn't had sex for a decade" with Camille.

The reality star responded simply in an interview with the Huffington Post shortly after, "He lied on Conan. He really needs to move on."

Katy Perry: During a 2013 stand up routine, Russell Brand said of having sex with his ex-wife, "When I got divorced, I considered becoming a monk. When you're a monk, you're not allowed to have sex with anyone. When you're married, it's one person. That's one more than a monk. It's not that different," he joked. "I'd be having sex thinking, 'Think of anyone, anyone else.'"

Though Katy remained quiet on the topic for a while, she eventually had her moment to respond, saying, "A lot of therapy has happened and a lot of understanding and growth," she revealed of her life after Brand. "Sometimes you have to go through all this s--t to get your grips on life and figure out what the next boundaries in your love life are going to be...In the long run, it was necessary for me to have more of a teammate."

Sandra Bullock: During an interview with Howard Stern following his divorce, Jesse James had no qualms divulging that sex with his girlfriend at the time, Kat Von D, was "100% better" than his ex.

Sandra never responded, and that's sometimes the classiest clapback of all.

Harry Styles: The One Direction crooner has been the subject of at least two of Taylor Swift songs, which tend to divulge details about their romance, but when asked about them, Styles has never been one to diss his ex.

"We write from personal experiences, so it would be hypocritical of us to be like 'Oh you can't write a song…,'" he explained in an interview in 2014. "She's really good so…they're good songs. So I'm lucky in that sense."
