When it comes to their burgeoning romance, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton can't help but laugh—especially when they're put on the spot.

During an interview with Today's Natalie Morales, the morning co-host couldn't avoid asking one question about the musicians' off-camera relationship.

"Is it good to just be out in the open now?" she posed to the lovebirds, who unfortunately remained mum on the subject altogether and just laughed instead.

Meanwhile, Shelton's BFF and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine came to the rescue as their scapegoat, urging Morales to drop the subject with an improvised song with a single line of lyrics—"Next question."

Shefani, you're not fooling us—we know you're dating and we have the photos to prove it.

Not even Shelton's friend Trace Adkins could avoid poking fun at his inability to keep his dating life on the lowdown, telling the audience while introducing the country crooner at the 2015 CMT Artist of the Year Awards ceremony, "Not a whole lot this guy can't do, other that keep his love life private."

While sparks continue to fly between the new couple both on and off-camera, Shelton's ex-wife, Miranda Lambert, has finally spoken publicly of their split five months after filing for divorce. Fortunately, the blond beauty reflects on their marriage without resentment.

"Marriage is a tough business, and we gave it our best college try," she said in an interview with Cosmopolitan. "I had a great relationship with an amazing man, so I know what good is. I have a great launching pad for the future. I will never take that for granted."

As for Stefani's former spouse, Gavin Rossdale, he was most recently spotted out and about with an unidentified woman over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

"Gavin was with [a] mystery blonde inside the club. They held hands and it was apparent they were together—at least for the night," an eyewitness told E! News. "Gavin was partying with a group of friends, but kept close to the blonde. The blonde and Gavin left the club together."
