Following her recent health scare, which forced her to withdraw from Dancing With the Stars, Kim Zolciak is more thankful than ever for the support of her family and friends.

The 37-year-old Don't Be Tardy star took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a throwback pic from her wedding day and gush about her husband of four years, Kroy Biermann.

"So happy I'm your wife @kroybiermann #MyWholeWorld #MyJuicy #MyBestFriend #IHaveaDreamHeBuildsIt," the mother of six captioned the shot in which she's wearing her famous 35-pound Baracci wedding dress, which, as E! News previously reported, was covered in "Swarovski crystals, pearls, beads, embroidered lace and the thread used is Platinum coated."

"I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days," Kim said in a statement on Sunday." I am now home with my family, resting and taking care of my health.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star had previously revealed that her family was by her side during her medical emergency, and on Wednesday, she gave fans further insight into just how strong her support system truly is, expressing her thanks for daughters Brielle and Ariana, dance partner Tony Dovolani, her stylist Shun Melson, Brielle's boyfriend Slade Osborne, hairstylist Niki Toney-Pressley and chef Tracey Bloom, who is regularly feature on Kim's show.

"I'm so very grateful for these people in my life, @briellebiermann came every morning to the hospital at 7am because that's when Kroy had to leave , she spent all day w/me everyday, @shunmelson cancelled everything and came and sat with me for hours and talked fashion to get s--t off my mind, @cheftraceybloom brought Kj everyday to see me (others too little) and kept me laughing, @tonydovolani spent 9plus hrs everyday teaching me my dance @arianabiermann for being so patient and helping with the little ones," the Bravo star wrote.

She continue, thanking "@sladeosbornefor driving 100mph to get me to the hospital... every minute after any type of stroke counts, @nikitpressley for blowing drying my hair and making me feel human, My incredible hubby made sure I had the BEST medical team, made sure everything ran smoothly and he snuggled me in that hospital bed all night. Above it all I want to thank you God for showing me all you have, waking me up today and protecting me and my family like you do. THANK YOU to all my fans for your encouraging words, love and support I truly adore you!!!"

Zolciak concluded by adding the hashtags, "#IKnowHowBlessedIAm #TheManAboveHasAPlan#MyFamilyIsEverything#AllThingsMoneyCantBuy"

Meanwhile, the Bravolebrity also asked fans on Tuesday evening to sign a petition to bring her and Tony Dovolani back to the reality show.

"I'm forever grateful for my dance partner @tonydovolani who has always supported me and All Of you my amazing fans!!!!!!!!" she wrote on social media with a link to the petition, which currently has over 22,000 signatures and is not affiliated with ABC.
