It's official: Kim Zolciak is on the mend.

E! News has learned that the Don't Be Tardy star is finally home and feeling much better two days after she suffered a "mini stroke" following this week's Dancing With the Stars performance.

Earlier today, the 37-year-old star, who has been keeping up with her fans through Instagram, wrote that she was "going in for one more procedure" and added that "things are looking up."

While her future on Dancing With the Stars is still unclear, her dance partner, Tony Dovolani, issued a statement on Friday.

"After spending only a few weeks with Kim, it is evident of how much of a fighter she is," he said. "Her humor and positivity are still shining through, and it's amazing to see the love and support of her family. We are hoping for a speedy recovery."

Zolciak's family, as well as her dance partner, was by her side during the health scare, and on Thursday, she shared a pic of herself and hubby Kroy Biermann snuggling in a hospital bed. "All that matters... FAMILY pic taken last night by @briellebiermann," she wrote, tagging her eldest daughter Brielle in the image.

Yesterday, a source told E! News that a doctor will have to sign off on the mother of six's return to the show. The insider also gave some insight into her health scare, revealing that the reality star took a red-eye flight back to Atlanta after Tuesday night's airing, went home and wasn't feeling well, so she and Tony didn't rehearse. Later, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star checked herself into the hospital.

"The last 24hrs have been whirlwind! I landed yesterday morning from LAX (took the red eye right after DWTS) I got home and within minutes suffered a TIA (mini stroke)," she captioned the first of three selfie from her hospital bed. "The left side of my body went completely numb and my speech was gone. Extremely grateful for @sladeosborne @briellebiermann @nikitpressley @kroybiermann for quick reactions! I have 100%of my feeling back THANK GOD. Still in the hospital but I just know I'm getting released today! #CrazyAgeDoesntMatter"

Happy to hear she's feeling better!
