Fashion's biggest night of the year didn't end when the ball concluded.
The personalities came out in full force during the Met Gala's after party at the Boom Boom Room in the Standard Hotel in NYC. A source told E! News that former besties Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow made sure to keep their distance throughout the evening's affairs.
The Material Girl spent most of the party "close to her boyfriend and designer Riccardo Tisci" and opted to steer clear of interacting with her one-time BFF, Paltrow, at all.
Another twosome who gave each other plenty of space was Jennifer Lawrence and ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult. The former couple were both at the Boom Boom Room but chose to spend their time with different guests. According to another insider, she "hung out mostly with designer Raf Simmons," while "Leonardo DiCaprio and Gerard Butler were in awe over" the Oscar-winning actress (who only stayedf or about 15 minutes total).
Ex-boyfriend Hoult, however, partied the night away on a banquette with model Abbey Lee Kershaw. Kershaw did have a message for all, at one point pulling up her dress to reveal the words "gun control" written on her stomach.
Message received…but that's not all the 411 on last night's post-Gala soirée.
Amanda Seyfried, also wearing Givenchy, changed out of her beautiful gown and opted for something more comfortable to party in: an oversized t-shirt by the same designer.
Those fashionistas can really party!
Tune in to E! News Tuesday at 7 p.m. for even more from the Met Gala.
