Nicole has confessed she's clueless when it comes to putting on her own makeup and (gasp!) doesn't even own any beyond concealer and mascara!
"I actually don't know how to put on makeup—at all," she 'fessed to InStyle.com. "I have to get it done every time I want to wear makeup. I do not know how to wear it at all. It's so bad."

Honor Warren and Harlow Madden were both spotted out and about in this Eliane et Lena Isadora skirt last week.
Jessica Alba's daughter went with an urban cowgirl look in boots and a denim jacket, while Nicole Richie's little one chose a slightly more classical style with a leotard, cardi and sparkly shoes.

Just weeks after Nicole Richie revealed the results of a supposed breast augmentation, Joel Madden's better half now has a decidedly new 'do.
While attending a QVC event in NYC on Thursday, Nic showed off a little less forehead by way of a cute cut.
Of course, this isn't the first time she's brought out the bangs.
Still, we can't help but wonder why all the changes lately to her appearance.
Who knows? Maybe the whole turning 30 thing has something to do with it.
