Less than a week after E! News confirmed Kim Richards is back in rehab, we have update on the now former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's recovery.

"Kim sounds great. Very coherent. Better than she's sounded in a long time," a source tells E! News of the mother of four, who checked back into a treatment center following daughter Brooke Brinson's wedding in Mexico last month.

Richards is currently in a different facility than the one she initially entered following her arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel in April (Richards was later charged with one count of public intoxication, one count of resisting, obstructing, delaying a peace officer or EMT, and one count of battery upon a peace officer). She originally left the first facility about three weeks after checking herself in to attend her daughter's I-dos.

Last week, a source told E! News that the reality star had been in the new treatment center for a few days. "She's doing ok, a lot better than she had been," an insider said at the time

Additionally, E! News has learned that the Bravo star has moved out her rental home. We're told she moved out before checking into the first treatment facility, prior traveling to Mexico for Brooke's nuptials.

"Kim was fine with it. The owner of the house wanted to sell it," the source tells E! News, noting that Monty Brinson, Kim's ex-husband who is currently battling cancer, is living in sister Kathy Hilton's guest house.

With regards to reports claiming Richards' children are not speaking to her, the insider also adds, "Obviously there is pain and anger there, but they're being supportive."

Following her arrest, Richards sat down for a revealing interview with Dr. Phil to discuss her sobriety, which was a main plot point during season five of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

"I'm a very strong person and I have been sober. I haven't been working a program," she told the daytime talk show host, choking back tears. "Living through a season on a show, sometimes it's hard to just get through it. The fans are really hard on me."

Richards later stormed out the sit-down, during which three of her children were present, when she believed they were holding an intervention. Days later, she checked herself into rehab

Wishing the reality star all the best.
