Exercise is often said to be the best medicine—and it seems to be Kourtney Kardashian's favorite cure.

One day after E! News exclusively reported that the 36-year-old E! star and Scott Disick, 32, have called it quits after nine years and three children together, the Keeping Up With the Kardashian beauty took to Instagram to give fans an update in the wake of the drama.

"Sister workout sesh this morning in the rain," the brunette stunner captioned the pic with Kim and Khloe Kardashian

The image of Kourtney sweating it out with her siblings comes just hours after a source told E! News that Kourtney is "not so good" following her difficult decision to dump Disick, who was photographed partying and getting cozy with an ex-girlfiend over the weekend while in the South of France. The two are parents to three children, Mason, 5, Penelope, 2 and Reign, 6 months.

Meanwhile, we're told that Disick, whose struggles with substance abuse have been previously documented on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, has "basically stopped communicating with everyone," prompting those close to him to fear that he's "gone off the deep end" (Disick previously spent time in March in a Costa Rican rehab facility and was expected to return at a later time for "ongoing treatment").

"Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old," an insider told us yesterday. "Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids."

"Scott has been running around saying he's single," added a source. "Kourtney dumped him after she saw the pics [in Monte Carlo] and he hasn't been home after a month-long party binge."
