Scott Disick is back home with Kourtney Kardashian and the kids!

The father of three had been seeking treatment at a rehab facility in Costa Rica, but he checked out (at least temporarily) to spend some quality time with his family in California. On Tuesday night, in fact, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was snapped taking Mason, 5, and Penelope, 2, out for a sushi dinner in Calabasas.

Kourtney didn't tag along for the outing, but she most was likely back at home with 3-month-old baby Reign. Kourt has her hands full with the kids, but she's been extremely supportive of him taking all the time he needs to get better. "He's doing well, and you know, really focusing on himself and working on himself," she told E! News Saturday. "He's made a lot of progress, so I'm proud of him."

Scott could certainly benefit from some R&R, although the lord already has his next gig lined up! This Friday, he's hosting a party at 1OAK in Las Vegas, where he'll hopefully be able to stay on the straight and narrow.

After this apppearance though, is Scott planning to return to Costa Rica for further treatment? A source tells E! News that Scott "expects to return [to rehab] some time soon as part of his ongoing therapy."

For the rest of the family, though, it's business as usual! Easter is right around the corner, and Kourtney and Co. plan to celebrate! The hands-on mom is feeling festive, too. On Tuesday she Instagrammed some adorable eggs she (presumably) decorated with the kids.

Holidays are always a big deal in this family, and hopefully this year Scott will be able to take part in all the fun.

Tune in for new episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Sundays at 9 p.m., only on E!
