Jessica Simpson celebrated the 10th anniversary of her Jessica Simpson Collection on Wednesday night, ringing in the milestone at Tavern on Green in New York City.

The whole family joined her in celebrating the anniversary and though the night was full of glitz and glam, the mother of towheaded toddlers Maxwell, 3, and Ace, 2, told E! News that she'll still be getting down and dirty throughout the event.

"You got the family here tonight…that hot hubby by the way!" Catt Sadler gushed to the platinum blonde about her husband, Eric Johnson.

"I know! Who can deny a hot husband?" Simpson responded back with a smile.

The fashion designer stunned in a plunging, mesh top that showed off quite a bit of cleavage with a pair of high-waisted trousers that revealed her enviable curves. She topped off the look with some smoky makeup, wearing her hair in long, loose waves.

"What is the most difficult part, being a mom and looking as glamorous as you are and then heading out and doing carpets like this?" Sadler asked the hot mama.

"Oh gosh! The hardest part is knowing that there's like diapers to change," Simpson explains with a laugh.

The singer notes that Maxwell is now out of the diaper-wearing stage, but she still manages to give her parents some trouble.

"She definitely likes us to know that she can go to the bathroom any and everywhere," Simpson reveals. "She would probably go to the bathroom in these bushes right now, and it's like, ‘No, no, no, no, no! It's not time!'"

This isn't the first time Simpson got a little TMI about her two kiddos.

In an interview with Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday, the host asked Simpson about what he has to look forward to with toddlers.

"Pooping in the grass and not in a diaper," the blond mama responded with a laugh. "Just popping a squat!"

On a more serious note, she added, "You can guard your phone. They're better at technology than I am—not that I'm ever good at it, but they take over people's phones and somehow find the pictures not to post."

"[I have] very smart children," she joked. "They're already networking!"
