Breaking! Lindsay Lohan DUI

Lindsay Lohan was cited early this morning for driving under the influence.

Lohan reportedly suffered minor injuries when the car she was driving hit a curb at about 5:30 a.m. on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills.

Police did not arrest the 20-year-old starlet because she was taken to a hospital for treatment. There were passengers in the crashed Mercedes convertible, but they were not hurt, according to the Associated Press.

Lohan's rep did not immediately comment.

Police are expected to release more details any minute now.
