While Charlie Sheen doles out advice to Lindsay Lohan in between juggling porn stars and marijuana-magazine pinups, the embattled Two and a Half Men star may want to get in touch with David Arquette.

We are so friggin' happy to report that the Scream star appears to be doing better than ever after his recent stint in rehab. And we're not just talking about opening up to Oprah Winfrey...

Arquette stopped by Siren Studios in Hollywood last night for the Pieces of Heaven art auction benefiting the Art of Elysium. The well-groomed actor said hello to friends but spent most of his time browsing the art. (He donated a photo but also bought a piece, too.)

Also at the event, presented by Las Vegas' Cosmopolitan Hotel as part of Chrysler and Vanity Fair's Oscar festivities, were Ginnifer Goodwin, Anna Kendrick, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Topher Grace, Justin BarthaJayma Mays and her adorable hubby, Adam Campbell.

Across town, Academy Awards cohost Anne Hathaway brought her boyfriend, Adam Shulman, to the Chateau Marmont for the Weinstein Company, Dior and Moët & Chandon dinner. Also mixing and mingling were Chelsea Handler and her Chateau owner boyfriend, Andre Balazs. Hathaway, I'm told, asked the E! funnylady for some advice about awards-show hosting.

Newlyweds Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky were also there, as were playing nice Halle Berry and boyfriend Olivier Martinez. "Halle stuck close to his side all night, introducing him to people, holding his hand, only leaving his side toward the end of the party," a fellow partygoer reported. "He seemed ready to go and was heading for the door, [but] she stopped to lean into a seated Adrien Brody and held his hand and chatted with him for a few minutes."

While Berry lost track of Martinez for a moment, she quickly found him and then headed for home.
