E! News confirmed on Monday that the 22-year-old One Direction crooner and longtime girlfriend Sophia Smith have split after over two years of dating.
No further details about the duo's breakup have been revealed, although Payne tweeted on Friday, "I love how music is always there for you when you need it most x." He also posted on social media today ahead of 1-D's upcoming performance at the AMAs.
While Payne seems to be focusing on his music and his career, we can't help but wonder who the now-eligible bachelor should couple up with next?
