Khloe Kardashian has not left Lamar Odom's side since he was admitted to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas Tuesday night.
In fact, E! News has learned that the 31-year-old has been sleeping in his room every night and calling all of the shots to ensure that the former Los Angeles Lakers star is getting the best care possible.
In addition to being Lamar's support system and making all of the medical decisions, we're told that Khloe has the say as to who gets to visit Lamar and no one gets in without her OK.
Khloe's not entirely alone, though. Lamar's two children, Destiny and Lamar Odom Jr., as well as their mother, Liza Morales, have been with the athlete throughout his hospitalization.
E! News has learned that there is no tension between them whatsoever and they're all getting along.
Meanwhile, several members of Khloé's family—including Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner—were also there to support Lamar earlier this week.
"She's very polite to all the staff and whenever a doctor or nurse comes in, she asks what they are doing and why. She wants to know everything and she thanks them every single time."
Lamar was admitted to Sunrise on Oct. 13 after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel following a drug overdose.
On Friday morning, his health took a dramatically hopeful turn when he woke up from a coma and began breathing on his own.
A source exclusively told E! News that he told Khloe, "Hey baby," gave her a thumbs up and then went back to sleep.
And while his road to recovery is looking as positive as ever, there's undeniably still a long ways to go for Lamar.
