It looks like Andy Cohen suffers from a serious case of foot-in-mouth syndrome.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Wednesdaythe Bravo Watch What Happens Live host admitted to committing a serious faux-pas when he misread an email from Tori Spelling

The whole ordeal began after Cohen made a joke about Spelling suffering third-degree burns in April while dining at Benihana.

"I made like a chicken cacciatore joke about it and it was not good," Cohen told Fallon. According to his email inbox, Spelling had been just as burned by the joke. The Mystery Girls actress wrote a lengthy email to Cohen to say that while she likes him and his work, the joke was uncalled for and inappropriate.

"I said, 'I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to. And I'm sorry I told all those jokes and it's all good," Cohen said, recounting the awkward incident. But, wait—it got so much worse.

"I thought it said in the email that she hadn't been able to eat for a week after the burn, and I said, 'Also, EAT SOMETHING' in all caps."

After getting an earful from Spelling in the form of another angrier email, the Radio Andy host retraced his steps.

"I went back and read the email and she hadn't said anything about not being able to eat. I made it up." Eeek!

While Cohen's comments were meant with the best of intentions, they clearly struck a nerve with the actress, who has been dealing with marital problems as of late. Spelling's husband, Dean McDermott, entered rehab in 2014 after he confessed to cheating on her. While the couple is still married, many of their volatile moments aired for public viewing on the couple's reality show True Tori.

Still, the mom of four shouldn't sweat Cohen's misconstrued jokes—she looks amazing! She was recently photographed in a leopard bikini looking like a total bombshell at 42 years old.
