Not so for mama Tori Spelling, who's been basking in the reality boob tube limelight with hubby Dean McDermott, for many seasons of the Oxygen channel peak into their private lives.

That's because the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star's hubby posted a pic of the couple's son Liam yesterday which, at first glance, certainly seemed innocent enough.

Tori Spelling Home From Hospital but Really "Annoyed"

Tori Spelling might be up for a few treats tonight after all.
The actress and reality-TV star was rushed to the hospital by husband Dean McDermott on Sunday morning, with a source telling E! News that Spelling was suffering from a "crippling migraine."
"Anyone else get horrendous migraines right after giving birth?" she tweeted before heading for the hospital. "Is it hormones I've had one for a week now. Nothing is working."
And while it sounds like the doctors did some good, guess who didn't help one bit?

Having a baby is a beautiful thing. Hearing what kids have to say after the fact? A very cute thing.
A little more than a week after giving birth to her daughter Hattie, Tori Spelling took a brief break from diaper duty today to fill fans in on what her son Liam asked upon seeing his mom postpregnancy.
"Monkey's 1st reaction to mama after new baby," the now mother-of-three tweeted along with a link to her site that reveals the following post:
"The day I had Hattie, Liam and Stella came to visit us in the hospital," Spelling writes. "When Liam saw me, he ran over and hugged me. He immediately looked down at my stomach, saying, "Mama do you have a hole in your belly now? You look so much prettier without that big belly."
Ah, out of the mouths of babes.
Tori Spelling at Her Baby Shower: "My Gut Says Boy"

Although Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have opted not to find out the sex of the latest addition to their growing family, Tori is already thinking she knows what she's having.
"My gut says boy, and we have a boy's name that we're pretty set on," she told Life & Style during her Malibu baby shower, which was attended by Denise Richards, Brooke Burke and Lisa Rinna.
Will Tori and Dean stop the baby-making efforts at three?

No way.
"Whatever we have, we'll go for the opposite on the fourth one," she told the mag. "If we are able to have another child, that would be amazing!"
Still, the mom to Liam and Stella admits she's a bit run down as she reaches the home stretch. "I'm tired, but this is the perfect day," she shared.
Guests got hands on at the shower, as they played games and did arts-and-crafts. Tori tweeted, "Love my baby shower 2day! Thx @Michaelsstores for being the highlight of my crafty/DIY shower. We made baby scrapbook & DIY jewelry."
Partygoers weren't the only ones who scored at Tori's shower. The reality star shared that she's donating a ton of loot to charity.
"Everything being donated to baby2baby.org chec thm out! Gr8 charity!" she tweeted.
And this wasn't a girls-only get-together. Hubby Dean also helped out with the culinary efforts. "@Deanracer is baking 30mini peach pies4 2day," she tweeted.
