While plenty of eyes were on Kylie Jenner Sunday night at her birthday party, one famous attendee certainly grabbed our attention with her evening attire.
Miley Cyrus' younger sister arrived at Bootsy Bellows in an outfit that must have turned a few heads. While the black skinny jeans and thigh-high boots were a nice pairing, some couldn't ignore her revealing crop top that she wore while rocking blond extensions and blue lipstick.
"We literally dont care one bit (: isnt that right ken?@kennywinnaman," Noah wrote on Instagram while showing off her late-night look. "I'm blue baby."
This isn't the first time Noah has made some noise with her fashion statements.
At the 2014 American Music Awards, the 15-year-old wore even longer hair extensions as she posed in a black romper.
"The black lace made it dressy enough for the event, but I liked the romper because it [was] more casual and comfortable," she told E! News after the show. "I kept the shoes and bag simple since my fun hair extensions were my standout accessory!"
Safe to say we have a new must-see red carpet star on our hands.
