InstagramSarah Stage recently shared a sweet mother-son bonding moment.
The 31-year-old model posted on Instagram on Friday photos of herself breastfeeding her 1 and 1/2-month-old baby son, James.
Stage, who faced criticism and became even more famous throughout her pregnancy for maintaining her chiseled abs while carrying her child, also got a little defensive following negative comments from users.
"If you don't like this pic, just unfollow me," she wrote. "No need to hate on a beautiful moment with my son #normalizebreastfeeding."
Another photo shows baby James sleeping peacefully on her chest.
Stage gave birth to James in April and has since shared several sweet photos of the baby.
Other celebrities who have taken to social media to share photos of themselves breastfeeding including fellow model and former Victoria's Secret Angel Doutzen Kroes, rocker Alanis Morrisette and actress Alyssa Milano, who has also defended posting such pics amid criticism. Instagram had earlier this year changed its guidelines to allow breastfeeding photos.
