The cast of Fargo season two has been announced and it's filled to the brim with more of your TV favorites. In addition to Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons, the cast includes Ted Danson, Nick Offerman, Patrick Wilson, Jean Smart, Brad Garrett, Kieran Culkin, Bokeem Woodbine, Jeffrey Donovan and Angus Sampson.

Wilson, whose other TV credits include A Gifted Man and Girls, will play Lou Solverson, a Vietnam war veteran and Minnesota State Patrolman. Keith Carradine played the role in the first season of the series. The new season of Fargo is set in 1979. Lou's wife, Betsy, and young daughter, Molly (played by Allison Tolman in the first season) have yet to be cast.

Danson, who is currently on CBS's CSI and has appeared in Curb Your Enthusiasm, Damages and Cheers, will play Hank Larsson, the sheriff of Rock County, Minnesota. He's Lou's father-in-law. Designing Women veteran Smart will play Floyd Gerhardt, the matriarch of a crime family who decides it's time for her to be in charge.

The 10-episode second season is set in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Luverne, Minnesota. Look for Lou Solverson to take on a case that involves a local gang and a major mob syndicate with the help of his father-in-law. Over the course of their investigation they'll meet Karl Weathers (Parks and Recreation's Offerman), the town lawyer who is described as a "flowery drunk," the head of an expanding crime syndicate Joe Bulo (Everybody Love's Raymond's Garrett) and Mike Milligan (Woodbine), Joe's right-hand man.

Burn Notice's Donovan will play Dodd Gerhardt, Floyd's eldest son described as an "impatient hothead" with Sampson playing Bear Gerhardt and Culkin as Rye Gerhardt, rounding out the mischievous clan.

The previously announced Dunst will play Peggy Blomquist, a beautician with big city dreams and Friday Night Lights' Plemons will play Ed, her husband, a butcher's assistant who is supportive of her quest of self-discovery, even if he doesn't quite understand it.

Fargo season 2 is slated to premiere next fall with production beginning in Canada in January 2015.
