Cake BossBuddy Valastro just whipped up a hearty apology.

The 37-year-old baker, who was charged with a DWI and DWAI earlier this month, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired by alcohol—a violation, not a crime—in a New York court today. Per the Manhattan District Attorney's office, Valastro was sentenced to a conditional discharge and ordered to pay a $300 fine. As part of his plea deal, he must also enter a drunk driving program and his license will be suspended for 90 days.

"I want to thank everyone for their support. I also want to apologize to everyone," he tweeted after the hearing, his first post since his arrest. "I pled guilty today because I wanted to make this right. I learned an important lesson that if you have even one drink you shouldn't drive."

"I thought I was fine to drive, but I wasn't. I put people in danger. I am very disappointed in myself," he continued, concluding, "I'll never get behind the wheel of a car again, even after one sip. My sincerest apologies to my family, friends and fans."

Valastro was arrested on on Nov. 13 around 1:00 a.m. near Penn Station, a New York City Police Department spokesperson previously confirmed to E! News. He was pulled over in his vehicle after officers observed the celebrity chef driving erratically and swerving between lanes at which point he was given a sobriety test, which he subsequently failed.

The father of four and owner of Carlo's Bakery in New Jersey rose to fame in 2009 when Cake Boss premiered on TLC.

"Here In Carlos bakery Marlton and what a great reaction from the community," he captioned a photo of his beloved bakery on Instagram, following the arrest. "I love this place I feel at home here@carlosbakery."
