Kate Middleton is going for a sexy sheer-sleeve look—again!

The duchess greeted finalists for Place2Be's Wellbeing in Schools Awards at The Queen's Gallery in Kensington Palace on Nov. 19, where she presented honors to this year's winners. (Middleton has been a supporter of the children's charity since 2013.) As usual, Kate looked stunning—wearing a midnight blue Jenny Packham skirt with a belted sheer-sleeve Hobbs peplum blouse and Temple of Heaven drop earrings.

Jenny Packham is a Kate Middleton favorite, of course: The duchess sported a pale blue, high-slit Packham gown to one of her first royal appearances after announcing her second pregnancy. It was the first in a line of sexier appearance looks for Prince George's mum, who has been stepping out in skirts that fall to just above the knee and with arm-baring sheer, lace or woven sleeves.

If this getup seems somewhat familiar, that could be because the duchess wore another skirt-and-top ensemble to a Place2Be forum last year (at that event, the look of choice was a navy Max Mara jacket and Orla Kiely skirt).

While Middleton supports various charitable organizations, she recently made headlines for a personal effect: A touching letter that she wrote to Fabian Bate, a 12-year-old with cancer who met Kate in 2011, was buried with him after he passed on Nov. 9.

A spokesperson for the royal couple released a statement to the Mirror upon word of Fabian's passing: "The Duke and Duchess are sad to hear the news and their thoughts are with Fabian's family."

Prince William and Kate are set to hit the states in December, with a trip that will include a joint visit to the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, a stop for Prince William in Washington, D.C., to attend an anti-corruption conference at the World Bank and—back in New York with Kate—taking in a Nets vs. Cavaliers game to "support the ongoing collaboration between the Royal Foundation, United for Wildlife and the NBA."

The couple will also visit youth organizations, attend an event to celebrate British contributions to creative industries and, on their final night, step out for the University of St Andrews' 600th anniversary dinner—to be held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Quite the action-packed trip!

What do you think of Kate's sheer-sleeve look?
