In the exclusive sneak peek of Law & Order: SVU's "Pornstar's Requiem," Gallagher's Deputy Chief Dodds takes Benson to task about protocol and procedure. In the episode, a college freshman, who is also a porn star, accuses her classmates of rape. Detective Fin Tutuola (Ice-T) tries to come to Benson's defense, but Benson stands her ground like a good sergeant, leading Dodds to say this priceless line: "Don't preach sergeant, not with egg on your face."
He's really not cutting Benson any slack and we hate him. And love him for challenging SVU's mama bear.
Law & Order: SVU has been doing several ripped-from-the-headlines stories this season. An earlier episode tackled Donald Sterling and the Jay-Z and Solange Knowles elevator incident. The most recent episode took on Elliot Rodger's manifesto and killing spree. Another episode earlier this year took on Hollywood starlets with a mix of Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes as well as the accusations against producer Bryan Singer.
