Todd Chrisley knows a thing or two about parenting!

With the help of his wife, Julie Chrisley, the self-made millionaire and "patriarch of perfection" has managed to raise five strong, independent and very entertaining kids.

So when we sat down with the star of Chrisley Knows Best, we couldn't help but ask if he had any advice for new parents Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.

"I think you love your baby," he told E! News. "You know that it's going to get better when you bring them home. You're learning at the same time your baby is learning you."

It also helps tremendously when your partner is on the same page.

"You take turns. You help each other out," he added. "If you're doing your part and your partner's doing their part, then it's all going to be fine."

Kunis and Kutcher welcomed a girl named Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher on Sept. 30 in Los Angeles. In the final weeks of the pregnancy, the engaged couple stayed extra close to each other as they eagerly awaited the birth of their baby.

"Ashton is not letting Mila out of sight," a source told E! News. "They are spending every moment together. She's been really calm and chill about it all."

Sounds like Todd would have approved!

This season, Mr. Chrisley has his hands full as his kids continue to grow up. Savannah Chrisley is more than ready to date while Chase Chrisley is turning the big 18.

And no matter how old they become, Todd's kids can expect the tough love manyfans have fallen in love with.

"I never say [anything] to hurt you, I never say it to hurt anyone's feelings, and I certainly don't want to diminish the growth of my children to become good, positive, constructive adults and to have self-confidence," Todd recently told E! News. "[But] you are my child, so no, I don't raise whores or crackheads."

Chrisley Knows Best returns Tuesday Oct. 14 at 10 p.m. only on USA Network.
