Stay strong, Lindsay Lohan.

In a sneak preview from the two-hour conclusion of Lindsay, OWN's eight-part documentary series, the actress opens up about her struggle to remain sober after leaving rehab for the sixth time. "It's a really f--ked up disease and it's really scary," the 27-year-old 2 Broke Girls guest star says of her alcoholism.

Lindsay's friends don't appear to be making it any easier. In one scene, her pals nonchalantly sip champagne in the actress' presence. "She's such a brilliant girl and she's such a smart girl. She knows that if she's thinking clearly and she's focused that there's nothing that can stop her," the movie star's younger brother, Michael Lohan Jr., says. "But even if there is a relapse, it's not the end of the world."

Lindsay, who was a major box office draw a decade ago, realizes how much her career has suffered as a result of her personal issues. "I've seen all of these other actresses do all these other things and then just realizing, 'Oh s--t, I don't have that anymore," says the actress, who films Inconceivable this spring.

As if that weren't enough, Lindsay is devastated after In Touch magazine printed a sex list naming her alleged conquests. "The story's on Page Six right now," she says, referring to the New York Post gossip column. "That actually really is annoying right now. It's f--ked up. And I don't want a part in it."

Crying, Lindsay says, "The fact that that happened was not only humiliating, but just mean." The preview is open-ended, with Lindsay saying, "For those two weeks that I took off, no one knows this..."

Lindsay airs Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
