It's hard to say goodbye, but a tweet will certainly suffice!
Last night, Jay Leno said his final farewell to The Tonight Show—complete with a hilarious last monologue. And although many famous friends stopped by to give the longtime host a proper sendoff, others took to Twitter to send him well wishes and reflect back on his 22 years on the air.
A-listers such as Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears and Oprah took the time to bid adieu to the late-night legend, and some—ahem looking at you, Justin!—took the opportunity to ask Jay for a gift. Long-time friends President Barack Obama and the always-stylish first lady Michelle Obama also made sure to thank Leno for "all the memories and laughs."
