Heidi Klum, much like the rest of us, is looking to kick off the new year on the right foot.
For the blond beauty, this naturally means an invigorating cleanse to detox the body from the inside out, and she's been posting her progress on her Instagram feed on a daily basis.
While the glamorous Project Runway host already has a killer bod, we're always curious to see what methods stars go through to maintain their enviable figures and glowing skin.
So what's Heidi's secret? The Master Cleanse, of course.
Klum posted a series of inspiring photos of her liquid diet including a shot of fresh lemons, Grade B maple syrup and cayenne pepper, as well as a portable bottle of her zesty concoction while driving on the road.
After five days of the cleanse, Klum proudly showed off a plate of three hard-boiled eggs, juicy tomato slices and fresh avocados to ease her back into regular eating.
"Day 5, back to solid food," she wrote this morning.
Whew! While we've all dabbled in liquid diets every now and then, we're still firm proponents of eating clean and healthy for the best results.
In case you're curious, the Master Cleanse requires the user to drink nothing but the spicy beverage for consecutive days, claiming to detoxify the body and remove excess fat.
If it sounds familiar, it's probably because it was also made famous by Beyoncé, who fasted on the lemonade diet when preparing for her role in Dreamgirls in 2006.
