It hasn't been an easy four weeks for Camille Grammer, but despite her cancer diagnosis and her allegedly abusive boyfriend, she is "feeling very well."

"Once in a while I'll get a little pain here and there, but I'm walking around," the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said on The Dr. Oz Show on Thursday, Nov. 14, after undergoing a radical hysterectomy for early stage endometrial cancer. "I was able to go trick-or-treating with my kids and my life is moving forward and I'm feeling very well."

The blond beauty looked healthy and appeared in good spirits during her interview with Dr. Oz. Grammer's surgeon, Dr. Pedro Ramirez, accompanied his patient and tried to help to raise awareness about the 45-year-old's recent health scare.

Grammer touched on her relationship troubles after obtaining and being granted a temporary restraining order late last month against her boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos. Her claim said that he abused her in a Houston hotel room where she was recovering from surgery.

Grammer spoke about the alleged incident and said it was "very traumatizing."

"Right after any kind of procedure you want to be surrounded by love and you need good healing vibes and positive energy around you," she explained. "Somebody's there to take care of you and love you and, and I was physically abused and assaulted by this person and it was very traumatizing."

Grammer says she is trying to heal and is currently working with a therapist. And while Grammer recovers, she is doing everything she can to be there for her kids Mason, 12, and Jude, 9.

"My ex-husband hasn't seen the kids since July, so I'm Mom," she says. "I'm there. So I really needed to be here for them. My son doesn't really understand it that well, but my daughter said, 'Mom, I'm so glad you're getting surgery 'cause then the cancer's gonna be all gone.' "

Kelsey's rep told E! News on Friday, Nov. 1 that he has "been out of state and out of the country filming, so he was not able to have the kids with him on location."

The rep added he has been filming for the past two months.
