While things in Lamar Odom's personal life seem to be heading in the right direction, his legal troubles aren't over yet.

On Monday, Nov. 4, Khloé Kardashian Odom's husband had a private, informal hearing with the L.A. City Attorney's office in regards to his July 10 scuffle with paparazzo Stefan Saad. The city will not be pressing charges against the 33-year-old athlete for the incident, but spokesperson Frank Mateljan tells E! News exclusively he was "admonished" for his alleged behavior and the City Attorney "advised him on how to go forward."

Internal details from the hearing—such as whether Lamar will be required to attend anger management classes—will not be released to the public. The City Attorney had a similar informal hearing Oct. 25 with the photographer.

And although both Lamar and Stefan, the paparazzo, have completed their dealings with the City Attorney stemming from this particular incident, they could still face off in civil court.

In September, Stefan filed a lawsuit against Lamar asking for asking for at least $15,000 to replace his equipment; compensatory damages of at least $50,000 to account for lost work; compensatory damages of at least $500,000 to account for his emotional distress; attorney fees and unspecified punitive damages.

Stefan alleges that Lamar hit his car with a metal pole and smashed his camera to the ground in response to being accused of cheating on his wife. As of now, the photographer's civil case against Lamar is still pending.
