So True? So False? Did Justin Bieber Blow Off a Group of Fans at the Airport?!

So True So False, STSF

Did Justin Bieber engage in some less-than-first-class behavior in France recently?

The 17-year-old heartthrob reportedly snubbed roughly two dozen Beliebers at Nice Côte d'Azur Airport yesterday, blowing right past them, A Hard Day's Night-style, on his way to catch a flight.

Well, there were some disappointed tweets making the rounds, such as, "We were 25/30 fans waiting in 2 lines, Justin didn't say hi and didn't look at us. We were all very disappointed by him."

But there's got to be a reason for the Biebs' mad dash, right? Surely Bieber doesn't just drop the nice-guy act when he thinks people aren't looking (or aren't speaking English). Well, hang onto your boarding pass, because this story is...

Heidi Klum Still Wearing Wedding Ring After Split (Just Like Seal!)

Heidi Klum BANK/GSI Media

It ain't over till it's over. And it certainly seems like Heidi Klum and Seal, despite their media-ready statements to the contrary, aren't quite ready to say goodbye to their seven-year marriage.

Just a day after the couple announced that they were amicably separating, Seal was spotted making the rounds all while proudly still wearing his wedding ring.

And while they may be split, the duo is clearly still of one mind, as just yesterday, paparazzi caught the supermodel out in Los Angeles with a curious if unsurprisingly accessory: her gold wedding band.

Vanessa Paradis Steps Out Sans Johnny Depp Amid Split Rumors

Sad though it may be, there is, historically, a pattern to high-profile celebrity splits.

Jude Law Among Tabloid Phone-Hacking Victims Set to Bank Millions in Payout

Jude Law Jacopo Raule/FilmMagic

It already cost them their integrity and their credibility. Now it's gonna cost them their money.

Lots of it.

Rupert Murdoch's News Corp., the media company at the center of Britain's inquiry into press ethics begun in the wake of the News of the World phone-hacking scandal, today settled with 36 of its estimated 740 victims. It's the first of what's expected to be numerous settlements that could end up costing the company hundreds of millions of dollars.

And among those in this latest batch of settlements was a justifiably peeved Jude Law.

Pippa Middleton vs. the Paparazzi: Leave Me Alone, or Else!

Royals evergreen blog tile

Kate Middleton photos are what everyone wants. But pics of Pippa Middleton are much easier to get.

And how—in fact, paparazzi take nearly 400 snapshots a day (that's an average, not a peak) of the royal in-law. Sound like a bit much?

It certainly did to Pippa's legal team, who this week fired off letters to tabloid editors and the paparazzi whose relentless pursuit of the royal sister is, in the words of her lawyers, tantamount to both stalking and harassment.

More from The Awful Truth

Between announcing that she and soon-to-be former hubby Russell Brand are divorcing and fighting rumors about who's to blame for the breakup—not to mention her parents creating tabloid drama of their own for less-than-angelic behavior—who could blame Katy Perry for wanting to get away?

And no, we're not talking about another party-filled Hawaii vacay. We're talking about packing up all her stuff and getting out of Dodge. Well, not that far, it seems…

Lindsay Lohan Sideswiped by Two-Year-Old Complaint

Lindsay Lohan James Devaney/WireImage

Before she ever gets to play Elizabeth Taylor, Lindsay Lohan will have to recreate a role she knows all too well: Defendant.

The starlet has been sued by a paparazzo who claims that, two years ago, he was taking photos of her and then got hit by the car she was riding in as it sped away from a Hollywood club.

Sigh...

Hugh Grant's Privacy Crusade Reaches Parliament

Hugh Grant BBC

Hugh Grant may be right: Just because he's paranoid, that doesn't mean he isn't being watched.

A day after a government investigator testified that Grant and then-girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley were specifically targeted by News of the World back in 2003, the actor spoke before Parliament about the latest round of information-gathering tactics employed by scoop-seeking paparazzi.

"Do you really think this is a way for grown men to be behaving?" is what Grant said he told a photographer who was following Tinglan Hong, the mother of his infant daughter.

Hackers, Break-Ins, Baby Mamas: Hugh Grant Accuses More British Tabloids of Foul Play

Being in the public eye is one thing. Losing any sense of privacy is quite another.

Hugh Grant took the stand in Britain's high profile Leveson Inquiry today, testifying in court about the alleged hacking, spying and other gross violations of privacy perpetrated against him not just by the shuttered-in-shame News of the World, but several other tabloids, including, notably, the non-Rupert Murdoch-owned Mail on Sunday.

He wasted no time in his two and a half hours on the stand in detailing what he perceived as the horrendous violations against him, and his testimony—and evidence—was thoroughly damning. So what'd he accuse the press of this time?
