Grey's Anatomy First Look: The Storm Will Steal a Life in the Season 10 Premiere—Watch Now!

Grey's Anatomy returns with a special two-hour premiere and based off of this brand-new teaser trailer, it's definitely going to be an episode that we'll never forget. With the season ten premiere just a few weeks away, the first episode back, entitled "Seal Our Fate," will pick up right where we left off in the midst of a whirlwind of trauma and drama.

We've snagged you the first look at the brand-new promo and we suggest you brace yourselves before pressing play. Sparks are flying, tempers are rising and we hate to say it, but one of our beloved characters won't make it through the night.  "Time of death: 15:56," a somber Owen (Kevin McKidd) confirms.

Paired with the ominous hashtag, #WhoWillSurvive, this 30-second promo has left us with dread in our stomach and fear in our eyes. All hell has broken loose at Grey Sloane Memorial Hospital and while Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) is being kept in the dark from all the drama (having just delivered adorable baby Bailey), Derek (Patrick Dempsey) is right in the thick of it.
