Grey's Anatomy Star: "We're Gonna Make You Laugh!"
Are you all still into the doc drama going on over on Grey's Anatomy?
We know watching hot stars like Mr. Patrick Dempsey swap spit while serious surgery stories play out is hard to pass up, and that's why the soapy series is still going strong in its eighth season. But prepare yourself for less drama and more...comedy?!
So says one of the show's stars:
Patrick Dempsey's Heist Movie Flypaper Is Downright Criminal
Yikes. Maybe our five worst summer movie trailers post from a couple of days ago needs to be modified.
Then again, this first look at the so-called comedy Flypaper (in theaters Aug. 4) probably deserves its very own special place in hell to be singled out for being the utter mess it seems to be.
Mind you, we love ourselves some Patrick Dempsey, and Ashley Judd has certainly proven herself to be a solid actress. So, right there, we figured we were already off to a promising start when it came to this tale of a guy (Dempsey) caught in the middle of two very different groups of crooks robbing the same bank at the same time. Not to mention, it was written by the guys who gave us the first Hangover flick.
But, alas, when it comes to heist movies, this is no Heat. Heck, it ain't even Ocean's Thirteen.
Does McDreamy need to stick to silver-screen ERs or are we missing the charm in this flick?
Patrick Dempsey Fine After Minor Race Car Crash
Count our lucky stars, Dr. McDreamy is OK!
As Patrick Dempsey was revvin' his engine for the final practice of the Bosch Engineering 250 at Virginia International Raceway yesterday, another car on the track lost control and was heading straight towards him...
Which Funnyman Thinks Patrick Dempsey Is "Sex on a Stick"?
Everyone pretty much agrees that Patrick Dempsey is one fine looking gentleman.
He's so hot that he even straight men can't help but gush over his stellar looks.

Bitch-Back! Can't the Disney Kids Find Other People to Date?

Dear Ted:
Just wondering what's up with all this swapping spit Young Hollywood has going on, especially the Disney crowd. Nick Jonas dated both Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus, and Joe Jonas dated Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato. And after all is said and done they "all remain close friends." Sorry! Not buying it! Can't these kids find dates outside each other!
—Spit Swap
Dear Tween Scene:
It's like any group of young adults these days. You date around and sometimes that means dating your friend's exes or smooching with a close pal. In Hollywood, the eligible spit-swapping pool is a lot smaller though, hence the overlap. I wouldn't buy the "remaining close friends" crap though. Or there wouldn't be the kind of Disney drama we all heart so much.
Dear Ted:
We all know that nobody is really innocent in Hollywood. But in your humble opinion, which B.V. star deserves a little sympathy and why?

Five Dumb Things Stars Said Before Going Jobless
When CNN anchorman Rick Sanchez got fired yesterday for ranting about Jon Stewart, Jews and the media, it all started to sound a little familiar.
Rick's so not the first person to end up losing or quitting a job soon after opening a big, opinionated mouth. Hollywood's full of 'em!
So here they are, five of the dumbest things celebs have said before losing their gigs:
It's Time to Celebrate Hollywood's Hottest Dads!
With Father's Day this weekend, it got us thinking about all those delicious dads who, when not out there working their day jobs, are making time for the best job.
Of course, we're referring to the one that involves spending some qualtiy time with their cuties like Suri, Kingston and any or all of the six Jolie-Pitt kids.
So check out our Hollywood's Hottest Dads 2010 gallery and let us know if there's anybody we missed.
Just don't forget to call your pop.
Bitch-Back! Does Dempsey Have the Grey's Blues?
Dear Ted:
As a fellow animal rescuer (we've rescued two dogs, three cats, and a fish!), and an "elderly" animal rescuer, could you grant me one wish? I used to adore Patrick Dempsey on Grey's in the early seasons because he and Ellen Pompeo had such a cute spark and twinkle. With each progressing season, they've lost their spark, and Patrick in particular seems dull—he's not the hottie he once was! Has he become a bit of a diva on set? Has the fame hit him upside the head again? Or is this just a case of bad writing by TPTB? Please give us some dish!

Dear Under The Weather:
If you check out an older Grey's rerun, the show used to be so good, right? Not so much anymore—the writing is ridiculous and some of the relayshs are just gross. Can't help but notice things all started to go south during Isaiah-gate, remember that whole ordeal? Once the on-set drama started leaking, the drama onscreen started to pale in comparison.
Dear Ted:
I was fan of the first seasons of One Tree Hill and I know I'm one of the few fans of Hilarie Burton; I've fallen for Jeffrey Dean Morgan since Grey's and loved him in Watchmen. Though they're not A-listers, is it possible they actually had a kid, kept it a secret and all this isn't just a publicity move? I'm a proud owner of an adopted puppy!

Dear Baby on Board:
This seems to be the year of the hidden baby, what with this announcement and Sandy's son. People are starting to see how easy it really is for celebs to keep things secret—if they want to, that is.
Dear Ted:
As I was reading your Blind Vice about Chet Chick-Muncher, I immediately thought about Leo DiCaprio. But it seems like I'm the only one who thinks this. Is it Leo, or am I close at least?

Patrick Dempsey Sheds Grey's Scrubs for Transformers 3
There's more than meets the eye to McDreamy.
Patrick Dempsey is taking time out from Grey's Anatomy to have a heart-to-heart with some alien robots, joining John Malkovich and Frances McDormand as the latest addition to the cast of Transformers 3, director Michael Bay's third entry in his high-octane blockbuster franchise.
A rep for Paramount Pictures confirmed to E! News that Dempsey will play Megan Fox's boss, a part simply said to be "significant to the plot."
Production is slated to get rolling later this month in the U.S., Africa, Russia and China.
Do Stars and Directors Ever, Like, Smack Each Other?
The lawsuit alleging that a TV producer hit Nicollette Sheridan on the Desperate Housewives set made me wonder: Is it common for producers to beat up the talent at work?
—VL, via the Answer B!tch inbox
Not particularly, no.
There is abuse of course; anybody who has to act their way through the current season of Lost knows that. But beating up, slapping or anything like that isn't so common. Still, I've managed to dig up a history of some very juicy fights—some violent, others just mean—throughout Hollywood's recent history.
Let's get on with the schadenfreude, with a list:
