The entertainment world was hit with heavy news when Gia Allemand died on Wednesday after being taken off life support following an apparent suicide attempt.

On Tuesday's edition of Live from E!, Catt Sadler, Terrence J, Kristin Dos Santos and Melanie Bromley discussed the very recent tragedy.

Although the 29-year-old was having some relationship problems with her boyfriend, NBA player Ryan Anderson, nobody in Allemand's close circle saw this coming—especially not him.

In his released statement, he called her "the most beautiful person [he] knew." He continued, "She had such an amazing impact on my life and anyone that knew her was blessed. All I have left is to cherish those memories we made together and help perpetuate the many values, faith and love that we shared."

Her TV family was also heavily affected. In what may have been her last interview ever, a week before her death, Gia talked with E! News about her admiration for Desiree Hancock. "I think I need advice from her! I really do! She's just a strong girl and she knows what she wants," she said right before the Bachelorette finale. "She's not confused about it. She's not scared to show her feelings, so I need advice from her."

Funeral arrangements have been made and will be open to the public for anyone who wishes to pay their condolences.

If you or someone you know needs help, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

Also on today's show, the update on Simon Cowell's baby mama drama: Lauren and Andrew Silverman have reached a divorce settlement, reportedly agreeing to joint custody over their 7-year-old son.

This public scandal may not necessarily be a bad thing for the highly paid TV personality, however, especially considering his reputation for being "naughty and raw."

Since The X Factor ratings have been going down and its contract with Fox ends this season, this "bump" could be exactly what the TV show needs to get a renewal.

Finally on today's show, get the latest TV scoop on Duck Dynasty and Grey's Anatomy!

While one show is returning to our screens (with record-breaking premiere ratings!), the other might not be around for much longer with the departure of lead castmember Sandra Oh
