The Biebs is having a bad week! Is there anything fans can do to get Justin Bieber back on the right track?

You speak of the "worst birthday ever" suffered by the newly minted 19-year-old in London, following by the squadrons of fans who booed Justin Bieber after he showed up late for a concert in that same city.

I've got a recipe for Justin to get that ol' Bieber bounce back...but true fans may not like it!

Yes, Justin Bieber has been down in the dumps lately.

Fans slammed him after some unfortunate timing at a recent concert. For that kerfuffle, the singer half-apologized, aiming the other half of his energy against people who relayed fan complaints.

Bieber also smacked down press coverage of his recent birthday bash, denying reports that underage guests were involved.

The singer took to Instagram, writing, "I love how the club wanted to give the press another reason to why we didn't stay at their weak ass club so they wouldn't look bad for me walking in and right back out."

Biebs' week o' misery seemed to climax Wednesday with a rambling Twitter rant in which he—again—lashed out at critics.

"U can say whatever ... make no mention of the positive," he posted. "Or say ... that i dont care, or that i dont feel, or that a 19 year old going to a club in europe is wild..."

"I understand it is part of the job to be judged...but judge me on the facts, judge me on the music, and be careful of the judgement u pass."

And oh, one other thing: Folks are making fun of Bieber's pants.

But the clothes aren't Bieber's real problem, crisis PR experts tell me: He is. And until Bieber changes his own focus, this slump just might continue.

"I would tell him to type that up," crisis PR consultant Cherie Kerr tells me of Bieber's latest Twitter screed, "but then throw it away. He's 19 years old, and he's whining. That rant is delivered like a little temper tantrum."

As for the birthday fiasco and the concert lateness, Bieber could have been clearer in explaining what happened, Kerr says.

"Right now it looks like he doesn't play well in the sandbox and he has an attitude," Kerr says.

As for what he can do instead: How about a free concert for some deserving fans?

"This would help to show he is willing to do good, behind the scenes," another crisis PR expert, Joe Cutaia, says.

Or...just give the Twitter and Instagram a break! Seems to be working for Miley Cyrus...
