"Because she's so sweet and so articulate and well raised, to me it would be really fun to have her play somebody out of control," Kaling said at The Hollywood Reporter's Women in Entertainment Power 100 breakfast. "That would be really fun for me."
Like Claire Danes' Carrie on Homeland out of control?
"Listen, if she can cry as well as Claire Danes can on command like that, I would love to see her do that," Kaling said. "Reese Witherspoon bawling out of control on my show would be great."
Sounds like a lot of fun to us.
Also at the Reporter event were Sarah Paulson, Kerry Washington, Elizabeth Banks, Kathy Griffin, Molly Sims, Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Ellie Kemper as well as every top-level female executive in Hollywood.
