Week In Review

Is it just us, or was the entire week one, big birth announcement?

Yes, but plenty of other stuff happened, too. And it's all here...

TANGLED UP IN BLUE: Beyoncé and Jay-Z are now proud parents of daughter Blue Ivy Carter. That's terrific, heartwarming news...right? Well, for bored Photoshop users it certainly was!

SCARY PLACE: Heather Locklear is in the care of her family after spending a night in the hospital following a frantic 911 call made by her sister, who said she feared for the actress' life.

The SIBLINGS K: There have probably been times when every Kardashian has wished she (or he) wasn't a Kardashian. But Khloé Kardashian Odom is one whether she likes it or not—and of all the stories she's had to fire back at in her life, the rumor that Robert Kardashian isn't her biological father may have been the most frustrating one yet.

BLUE MOOD: Katy Perry wasn't around to collect her five People's Choice Awards because she may literally have been busy washing her hair (or moving). The first pic of her pubbed since her split shows the lovelorn pop princess sporting bright blue hair. With Katy not there to collect, Betty White, Emma Stone and host Kaley Cuoco were belles of the ball.

HAIR APPARENT: Justin Bieber's Trump poof, Robert Pattinson's criminally short buzz, Dakota Fanning's pink streaks, Ke$ha's partial shave, Selena Gomez's purple and blue 'do and Michelle Williams' red crop.

SHAVEN AND SHORN: Continuing the makeover trend, Ashton Kutcher was sporting short hair and a refreshingly smooth face at TCA. But he was fiddling with something on his left ring finger, so when he was talking about the future of Two and a Half Men and telling the moral of his Twitter story, we... Hey, was that his wedding ring?!

PEEKABOOB: AnnaLynne McCord accidentally tweeted a topless pic to a pal in an innocent attempt to show off a new necklace. The only thing the 90210 star regrets is being human, like these five other tweet-peekers.

ROYAL WAILING: Kate Middleton got misty-eyed on her 30th birthday, though presumably they were tears of nothing-but-sheer-unbridled-happiness. And she looked rahther stunning at the War Horse premiere in London, don't you think?

RING WORM: Sources were confirming right and left that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are engaged, and Kylie Minogue was going with the flow and congratulating them, but now the provenance of the so-called engagement ring is coming into question—by the jewelers themselves!

TV LAND: Jimmy Fallon makes a play on Tim Tebow-meets-David Bowie...Exclusive Gossip Girl scoop from Ed Westwick... Skechers is amiably going with a French bulldog instead of Kim Kardashian in this year's Super Bowl ad...Tina Fey and Questlove bury the hatchet and the hoagie...Will Smith will host the Kids' Choice Awards...Sean Bean slips into a dress for new BBC series Accused...Jennifer Aniston and Demi Moore nominated for DGA Awards...ER producer John Wells received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame...Get yer recaps of Jersey Shore, Grey's Anatomy, Project Runway All Stars, One Tree Hill, Teen Mom 2, The Bachelor, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Kourtney & Kim Take New York...SPOILER ZONE!
