But it seems as if there's always more.

Maurice Brighthaupt, who was Smith's bodyguard from 2003 until she died in 2007, testified Friday that he witnessed codefendants Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich disagreeing multiple times about Smith's well-being, with the shrink wanting to wean the onetime model off her prescription-drug habit and get her into rehab, and Stern objecting.
