So when we spotted Stern heading into an L.A. courthouse this morning, we couldn't help but ask him about the return visit.

"I'm here for jury duty!" a casually dressed Stern told E! News.

Let's hope, for his sake, he's able to get out of it.

Just because he's now a convict doesn't mean Howard K. Stern has to give up his day job.

Despite being found guilty yesterday of conspiring to use fake names and false pretenses to score prescription meds for Anna Nicole Smith, Stern will not have to give up control of her estate.

Larry Birkhead supposedly testified for the D.A. But his sentiments are definitely with Howard K. Stern as he faces charges of plying their former leading lady, Anna Nicole Smith, with drugs.

Just when we thought we'd heard all of the sordid details of Anna Nicole Smith's life in the months before she died and the state of her body when she ultimately passed...

But it seems as if there's always more.

Maurice Brighthaupt, who was Smith's bodyguard from 2003 until she died in 2007, testified Friday that he witnessed codefendants Howard K. Were you called for jury duty in Los Angeles County this week? And, if so, do you believe that doctors, hospitals and pharmacies should be permitted to use an alias or false name to protect a celebrity's privacy?

That's one of 107 questions being presented to the pool of prospective jurors in the upcoming trial of Anna Nicole Smith's companion, Howard K. Stern, and two of her doctors, all of whom are accused of facilitating the prescription-drug habit that ultimately killed her.

And aside from the usual "Have you ever been convicted of a crime?" portion of the questionnaire, both the prosecution and the defense want to know a lot about the 12 men and women (plus three alternates) they ultimately pick to sit on their jury.

View the questionnaire.
