Anna Nicole Smith is gone, and now so are her riches.
The U.S. Supreme Court upheld a ruling Thursday denying the descendants of the ex-Playboy Playmate the $89 million-plus judgment previously awarded to her from late oil baron husband J. Howard Marshall's estate.
So what does the decision mean exactly? In a word, nada, as in, that's what Smith's infant daughter and sole heir, Dannielynn, will be getting now that the highest court in the land has weighed in.

Just a few months ago, the Cyruses were top contenders for becoming the next set of Lohans when Billy Ray Cyrus compared daughter Miley to Anna Nicole Smith and suggested the show that put Miley on the map "ruined his family."
More recently, it looked as if the Cyruses had taken a loving turn for the better when Billy Ray reconciled with wife Tish and Miley reunited with The Hunger Games hottie, Liam Hemsworth.

Just saw that Shia LaBeouf got himself into a bit of a drunken bar brawl that was instigated by (in part) being called a "f----t." Question: Does this kind of a reaction to having your sexual orientation challenged reveal anything about whether or not a celebrity is in the closet? If you are straight, wouldn't being called this be easier to dismiss?

Dear Gaydar Police:
All this reveals is that Shia has a bad temper and a drinking problem! The fight really started when Shia refused to take a pic with a fan, so the gal's BF dropped the dreaded word at Shia. Add booze and testosterone to the mix, and you have your standard bar fight—only with boldface names. No matter what insult may have been said, Shia was looking to take a swing at someone. Add to that already combustible recipe, yes, it didn't help anything that anti-gay names were thrown. Shia certainly doesn't want those secrets thought about his protected love life.

A judge this morning surprisingly dismissed two drug conspiracy charges against Howard K. Stern, who was convicted of both last fall in the seemingly neverending trial into Anna Nicole Smith's death.
"I'm ecstatic," Stern told E! News after the hearing. No doubt. But what about his alleged partner-in-crime?

UPDATE: On Nov. 29, Stern moved for either a new trial or to have the two conspiracy convictions against him dismissed, claiming that the "district attorney's story was fiction and the case against him was brought in the interest of politics and publicity, and not justice."
