After discovering Cory Monteith's cause of death earlier this week, it's clear the Glee star's battle with drugs was still ongoing.

On Wednesday's Live From E!, Ken Baker, Marc Malkin and Arlene Santana discussed how powerful Monteith's addiction was until the day he passed away.

"The demons were too big for him," Marc said on the show. "His addiction was a lot deeper than people thought."

After several trips to rehab beginning when he was just a teenager, Monteith was super committed to getting sober. Unfortunately, it simply wasn't enough. "Cory wasn't going out and doing these things to have fun. He couldn't stop. He tried. He just couldn't," a friend told E! News.

Also on today's show, Melanie Bromley continued her reporting from Buckingham Palace as the Royal Baby Watch continues into its second week.

As the waiting game continues, Queen Elizabeth ll made a public appearance where she was asked if the baby is coming soon. "I would very much like it to arrive because I'm going on holiday," the royal subject told a young schoolgirl.

She also admitted she doesn't mind whether the baby is a boy or girl, just as long as he or she is happy and healthy. How lovely!

Finally, the panel discussed Rolling Stone's controversial new cover featuring Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Even though the photo has surfaced in the media before, many are accusing the magazine of glamorizing both the 19-year-old and terrorism.

After the public voiced their outrage about the cover, CVS/Pharmacy and Walgreens announced they would not be selling the issue in their stores across the country.
