Loren Brovarnik is sharing insight into her full-body transformation.
"The day has finally come," she began her Sept. 12 Instagram post, alongside a selfie with her plastic surgeon Dr. Dev Vibhakar, "I'm getting a natural mommy makeover."
Loren explained that going under the knife is something she's wanted for a very long time, especially since her body has undergone many changes since having kids.
"I have abdominal diastasis which is uncomfortable for me," she noted, referencing a common condition that occurs during pregnancy or the postpartum period when the rectus abdominis muscles separate. "So I've opted to do a tummy tuck to bring my muscles back together."
In addition to getting stomach surgery, the TLC star is also getting a breast augmentation.
"We know I've been very open about wanting to enhance my breasts," she said, "so I am doing a 360 lipo and fat transfer to my boobs. Doing it a more natural approach is the best way to go."
The mom of three promised to keep her fans updated on her experience. "Just like everything else," she continued, "I'm beyond excited to share this journey with you."
Staying true to her word, Loren posted an Instagram Story of herself wrapped in bandages.
"I'm getting so many messages and I just want to say thank you again," she shared in a since-expired post on Sept. 14, per People. "I can't thank you guys enough for your concern, reaching out."
She revealed that she had gotten several procedures that day, including a tummy tuck with a 360 liposuction—a type of body contouring treatment—and fat transfer, which uses a person's own fat to enhance certain body parts.
"Yes, the chins are gone," she quipped. "I have one chin."
On a more serious note, Loren concluded her message by thanking her fans for their support.
"I've been super open about everything I've gone through in life so I'm really excited to have you guys on this journey with me," she added. "It's just the next chapter and another thing for me to share with you."
The reality TV star has previously gotten candid about how she feels about her appearance.
"That's the downfall," she told Us Weekly last January about how her postpartum body impacted her confidence. "There's also the positive to it because not everybody bounces back like some people, and that's OK."
She continued, "I want to show people that women go through these changes [when they] grow a human inside [them] so it takes time for your body to heal."
