Whether it's getting needles to the face for some lip fillers, a facial that's made up of their own blood, or some injections and laser on the booty to keep their tush smooth, a number of famous faces have opted to go the extra mile when it comes to cosmetic procedures, and ended up documenting the process for their millions of fans.

Kim Kardashian's Vampire Facial: Who could forget the time this E! star got all bloody in the name of beauty? "I love trying anything that makes you look and feel youthful," Kim explained at the time. The procedure involves drawing blood from your arm, spinning out the platelets and then splattering the blood back onto your face with very small needles, and we were able to see part of the process.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann's Booty Dimples: When it came to getting rid of some cellulite on her bottom, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star went to renowned dermatologist Simon Ourian at Epione in Beverly Hills to get a laser treatment done, and made sure to record it for Instagram.
"I'm so excited to share with you something I just learned from the incredible @simonourianmd1 I went to see what he could do about these couple of dimples (really cellulite) on my butt cheeks and he got rid of them permanently!!," she wrote.

Brielle Zolciak-Biermann's Lip Fillers: Speaking of Kim Z., her 19-year-old daughter shared an Instagram video to show her lip filler procedure with followers. Biermann, who also went to Dr. Ourian, wrote, "Thank you thank you thank you!!! To my favorite, @SimonOurianMD1 !!! My lips are my biggest insecurity and I'm so happy w my results now. You truly are the best! Even though I hate needles you made this very easy! Thank you again."
Bella Thorne's Tattooed Eyebrows: The 18-year-old actress decided to get her brows permanently inked, and opted to share the entire before-during-and-after process with her followers on Snapchat. She posted a picture before getting inked, showing her red brows without any makeup or ink.
"Here I go," she captioned the pic. She later revealed the technician using microblade with tiny needles to etch strands on her brow line.
While she appeared to hold it together through the pain for the majority of the session, she admitted her disdain for the coloring portion. "I think that's my least favorite part," she said. Bella shared the final result of the process (which will last about 24 months), writing, "YASSS brows."
Khloe Kardashian's Booty Laser: Also going to Dr. Ourian, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star got her cellulite and stretch marks lasered off during an episode of the show. Dr. Ourian recently reposted the clip on his Instagram for those who missed that moment on the small screen.
Kathie Lee Gifford's Ultherapy: During a segment for Plastic Surgery Week, the co-host got a noninvasive procedure done live on the Today show. Dr. Patricia Wexler performed Ultherapy, a nonsurgical way to lift, tighten and tone the skin. Kathie focused on the area above her eyebrows, and seemed to handle it pretty well!
