Botched never ceases to entertain and educate us! Tonight, we met one wild patient, one strong patient and one patient with a very heartbreaking story. 

The first patient we met was Lauren Powers, also known as the Muscle Godess!

After learning about her body building lifestyle and her wishes for improving her body, they head into the exam room! She wants a more feminine look, so Dr. Dubrow takes a look at her breasts and Dr. Nassif examines her face.

Next we met Katella...whose biggest aspiration is look exactly like a blow up sex doll.

Ever since transitioning from a man to a woman, she's wanted to have the big eyes, big lips and big boobs! And it seems like she's not letting anything stop her from getting everything she wants.

We then meet the third patient, Barri who had a strange accident with her mother when she was younger. Her mother was gardening and using a weed whacker, and didn't hear Barri come up behind her and accidentally elbowed her in the nose! 

Nothing happened right away, but over the years her nose began to change shape.

Her mother sadly passed away and she was never able to see her daughter happy with her nose again, so Barri is determined to make this happen.

After checking out her nose, Dr. Nassif agrees to help her out! 

Then...the doctors meet Katella.

Dr. Nassif was not having any of Katella and her situation, so much so, that she wants her to seek mental help.

However, on the other hand, Barri's surgery was a complete success and she has her happiness and confidence back thank to the doctors!
