Simon Cowell's family is getting even bigger! The X Factor judged revealed on Thursday, Oct. 3, that he has adopted a pair of puppies. "Two new arrivals ...... Any suggestions for names?" the 53-year-old Brit asked his Twitter followers. In the accompanying picture, Cowell—wearing his signature white V-neck tee—cradles his pets in both arms.
The TV personality received dozens of recommendations, ranging from Randy and Ryan (a nod to his American Idol days) to Harry and Louis (a reference to One Direction, the boy band he created in 2010).
For now, the dad-to-be has yet to reveal what he'll be calling his furry friends. Cowell first revealed his adoption plans on Sept. 3, tweeting, "I am going to get two dogs when I get back. Probably cairn terriers. If any rescue shelters have some who need a home let me know."
Cowell, of course, is also awaiting the arrival of another family member: his firstborn son with pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman. Does this mean fans can expect to see the longtime bachelor finally settle down?
"Obviously, I would never expect to bring a baby up without a proper father," he recently told E! News.
